Instructions: Instructions on how to access the webinar will be sent directly via email approximately 24-48 hours prior to the live event. This will include any website and/or dial-in instructions. The recording of the live webinar is presented in video format with informative slides and narration by the course director TBD . Controls for pausing, forwarding and reversing through the presentation are presented at the bottom of the screen. Following the webinar, participants will be required to submit a brief evaluation of the event to obtain CME credits.

Software/Hardware Needs: An internet connection and speakers or headphones are required to view the presentation.
