Description: Both curriculum and clerkship administrators have the opportunity to make a real difference for their individual institutions, programs and clerkships.  The certificate program builds upon the premise that professionalism is an approach to one's work.  The Curriculum and Clerkship Administrators bring skills from a wide spectrum of specialties and experiences.  This is a multi-faceted program that is composed of two minimum workshops.  This is the first of two workshops which will offer participants to understand leadership qualities they possess in their role in medical education.  They discover the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace and leadership.  Articulate communication strategies with their course directors, medical students and other education personnel.
