Description: Effective feedback must be individualized; expectations must be appropriate for the level of the recipient. Feedback should include reflection, ample sincere praise, and constructive criticism. Most feedback, especially praise, can be delivered in a group setting. In-person feedback should be followed by written narrative comments. In this interactive session, trainees, clerkship, and program directors will reenact common scenarios, and audience members will assess the participants and provide feedback.
