Description: How does one start doing clinical trials?  What does it take to conduct trials, maintain a trial center in private practice, attract sponsors?  This talk will discuss pearls and pitfalls of clinical trials and in broad strokes discuss developing a trial center.  
Completion Message: Participants will become familiar with the basics of good clinical practice, the role and responsibility of being a principal investigator at a site level, and practical advice for starting clinical trials.
