Description: Multiple sclerosis is a chronic neurologic illness where the cause remains unknown. There are now more than 15 FDA-approved disease modifying therapies for MS, but patient interest in the use of complementary therapies, including diets, supplements, and now cannabis in the management remains unfazed. MS care providers need updated knowledge about the potential role or side effects of these approaches in MS management, and this talk will provide a succinct and evidence-based update of current knowledge in this field.
