Description: Multiple sclerosis is a chronic neurologic illnes for which the cause remains unknown. There are now more than 15 FDA-approved disease modifying therapies for MS, but patient interest in the use of complementary therapies in its management, including diets, supplements, and now cannabis, remains unchanged. MS care providers need updated knowledge about the potential role or side effects of these approaches in MS management, and this talk will provide a succinct and evidence-based update of current knowledge in this field.
