Description: Clinician burnout is a crisis in neurology. Skills to identify and combat this problem are essential for the neurology practitioner. Graduates of the AAN Live Well, Lead Well Leadership Program will provide practical tools for participants to recognize and address the effects of burnout and promote resilience in themselves and others.
Completion Message: Upon completion, participants will be able to evaluate their own degree of burnout, identify potential contributors, and create a personal set of strategies to mitigate burnout and promote resilience for use upon return to their practice.
