Description: | Practitioners have limited time to work smarter and learn subtle, yet effective means to improve practice revenues while also improving their work environment and their personal well-being. This program will discuss several critical leadership skills, including understanding and implementing varying communication approaches to effect change internally within an organization, hospital, health care system, or insurer. The course will also discuss addressing internal practice challenges, such efficiency and workflow strategies. In addition, the course will discuss practical approaches to improve personal growth, professional fulfillment, and physician well-being while still improving the bottom line. |
Completion Message: | Upon completion, participants should have a better understanding of how strong leadership skills can impact the success of a practice internally and externally, mitigate the economic and regulatory demands of a practicing neurologist, and ensure physicians can continue to successfully provide high-quality and rewarding care in any practice setting. |
