C20 - Neurologic Complications of Medical Disease

Description: The interface of neurology and medicine is vast and much of the overlap is uncommonly encountered by an individual physician who may encounter, for example, only a single case of Whipple's disease once in his/her career. Faculty will present an update of three broad classifications of neurologic disease which occur as complications of systemic illness.
Completion Message: Participants should be able to use an organized approach to the diagnosis of movement disorders, myelopathies, and cerebrovascular disorders resulting from systemic disease.
