Description: Individuals from marginalized and/or stigmatized groups, such as minority/immigrant communities with low trust in the healthcare system, HIV-infected persons, drug users, and the homeless, can be difficult to engage and retain in research. Dr. Robinson-Papp will be available to provide practical strategies for working effectively with these patient populations in a clinical research setting.
