Description: In this 15-30 minute time you will learn Very simple Breathing exercises to help to develop Mental peace and manage everyday stress. You can practice these techniques anywhere anytime sitting on your chair. Depending on time available these can be done just for even 2 minutes and up to 15-30 minutes as time permits. If you do them 2-3 times a day, the effect is cumulative and provides calmness And improves attention, concentration and focus.
