Description: The NIH intramural program provides unique opportunities for training and research in clinical neurosciences from bench to bedside all stages of one's career. Emphasis is on rare diseases, novel interventions in early stage clinical trials and studying disease pathophysiology. It has a large and robust clinical fellowship program and provides employment opportunities to junior and senior investigators.
