Description: This session will review some of the current evidence based data regarding the benefits of exercise for person with MS and suggestions for optimal exercise  regimens. General dietary guidelines for person with MS will be suggested as well as presentation of data regarding specific dietary interventions, and the emerging role of the gut microbiome in the pathogenesis of MS.
