Each NeuroPI module is prepared by distinguished faculty who are acknowledge leaders in their respective fields. Each module is composed of a set of multiple-choice items with preferred responses, instructions on how to collect cases to assess one’s practice, and resources for creating and implementing an effective improvement plan. Participants are able to compare their performance pre- and post-intervention to assess what changes have occurred in their practice.

- Perform a comprehensive sleep evaluation.*
- Establish correct diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea using objective tools.
- Assess for comorbidities in obstructive sleep apnea patients.
- Education of patients with obstructive sleep apnea.
- Follow-up visit within eight weeks of CPAP initiation.
- Assess for CPAP compliance using a time measurement system.
- Assess for causes of CPAP noncompliance in appropriate obstructive sleep apnea patients.
- Evaluate for Excessive Daytime Sleepiness.
*The measures featured in this module apply to patients 18 and older.The quality measures listed are for use in NeuroPI only. The measurements in this set do not qualify for the PQRS incentive program and should not be used for accountability or public reporting programs.
As a result of this program, the participant will determine individual practice gaps and address them through a performance improvement plan designed to improve competence, performance, and patient outcomes.

Your maintenance of certification ("MOC") credit information is transmitted to the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) once You've completed a module.
