NeuroPI: Performance Improvement in Neurology
NeuroPI clinical modules are designed to help neurologists meet the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) Part 4 performance in practice requirement for Maintenance of Certification (MOC). Resources for completing a feedback module are included in this program for your convenience should you decide to do both projects concurrently. For an explanation of ABPN MOC requirements, please access the ABPN MOC Program FAQ, visit the ABPN website, or call the ABPN offices at 847-229-6500 for individual diplomate support.

Program Overview for Clinical Modules
NeuroPI is an online program guiding participants step-by-step through a performance improvement project of their choice. The module is structured as a three-part Performance Improvement CME program that, upon completion, awards 20 CME credits. You may take up to two years to complete a module.
Stage A: Assessment
In Stage A you will assess your performance via chart audit using a select set of criteria. The module provides feedback on your performance against guidelines, measures, and the performance of peers.
Stage B: Intervention
In Stage B you will have access to a selection of resources to support areas of growth and assist you in constructing an effective improvement plan. You select the implementation period for your plan.
Stage C: Evaluation
In Stage C you will reassess your performance and determine whether you have achieved your improvement goals.
