Description: Training for foreign medical graduates in neurology faces some challenges that will be openly discussed;  Will also discuss ways of navigating life while on a visa; some common dilemmas include: Do I leave the country to visit my family? What shall I do before leaving? what if my mother or father are sick?  What if I lost a close family member or a close friend and I want to be in their funeral?  What if AAN meeting is in Vancouver, CA? Do I still go?  among many other questions.  Will discuss some possible solutions and share advice. Will discuss the possibility of forming an advocacy panel to help assure a worry-free training experience for foreign graduates.
